What type of art is this, the guy who made this said he used a computer graphics program to make it and I was wondering if any of you could tell me what it was. The art is on his website http://www.anarcherils.com/

Not sure of the program. Looks like he used some blurring effect.

the site is completely flash. just like this one http://www.infinitcolours.com (this site is not mine have a look if you want), They used macromeda flash 8/mx and photoshop to make the site...
